Soft skills,the new hard skills
AI soft skill framework, News: Salesforce.com Linkedin, AI bias & Free AI ROI tool
I was chatting with the president of a big staffing firm, helping him navigate his AI strategy, when we got into a great discussion about the importance of building relationships. He mentioned while attending a defence conference in Baltimore that focused on new innovations. He shared an interesting story about one of his sales reps who was super knowledgeable and sharp, while another rep was friendly and easy to talk to.
Can you guess which one people connected with more?

One of my cousins is set to re-join them in January because they're on the lookout for folks who can really communicate value.

The Maslow style path to the top!
I have five keynotes lined up for 2025 on AI in our space, where I really look forward to meeting new people and reconnecting with old friends.
To be honest, that’s the best part for me—having casual conversations, or as we say, a bit of banter!
