Setting the scene...

Who am I?

For 18 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people and technology. I've had the opportunity to start from 0-1 at Careerbuilder.com in ad sales, play in the Fortune 500 leagues as Global President at The Adecco Group X (building tech), serve on the Microsoft Services Executive Board, and become an investor. For some strange reason, I decided to begin from Zero again in 2021, moving to the US to build EQ.app!

The mission has remained the same:

To empower people to thrive by unlocking access to opportunities.

I want you to know that I hope to motivate and engage you in this mission as we move forward.

The Eq.app AI Community is not just about technology. It's about using AI to unlock access to opportunities through insights, as we have done with inclusion.

This tiny topic of AI is now infiltrating every part of life, from personal to professional and everything in between.

Once I moved to the US in 2021, I called Lee Grant (Head of operations) and launched EQ Community to connect fast-growing companies to diverse tech talent.

We started to build an AI process behind the scenes to help us inclusively Source, curate, and screen candidates. It began with the job description.

In 2023, we released our first AI product, EQbuddy, an MVP of ThanksBuddy.ai. We have learnt that the same principles apply to business development and recruiting.

Individuals and companies are now taking advantage of its business development & hiring capabilities today with paying customers and still bootstrapped.

We are evolving our AI technology to help unlock more opportunities in personal and business development.

My thesis is that people need a thoughtful place to understand what is possible with AI practically in the context of work.

The most significant challenge for adoption has been the gulf between the power users and everyone else. We aim to demonstrate what was possible outside of using LLMs for email and copy but being a partner.

Once our community members get it, they get hooked on using AI and will find themselves saving time and driving revenue to become successful at work.

Therefore, we have made two significant updates.

Firstly Tunde.ai (Our early access users) to empower individuals with their trusted advisors for work.

The launch of the Eq.app AI Community combines my point of view, business applications for AI, and interactive user stories to help you succeed by knowing what is possible and keeping informed.

The EQ.app community will serve as one point of contact for all communications and product access.
